Every seeker on the path towards Allah is granted guidance according to Allah’s wisdom. Throughout history, Allah has honoured His chosen servants with unique spiritual gifts through which hearts are awakened, faith is strengthened and His remembrance is kept alive.
Among the special gifts (Faiz) bestowed upon Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) was the sacred Ism-e-Azam “Ali Haq.”

The invocation combines two of Allah’s Beautiful Names:

• Al-Aliyyun – The Most High
• Al-Haqq – The Absolute Truth

For ease of remembrance, Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) united these two names into the invocation: Ali Haq

Syed Baba narrates that when this sacred gift was bestowed upon Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA), he(RA) experienced every particle of creation immersed in the remembrance of Allah.
He described hearing a single remembrance echoing throughout the universe:

Recognising this as a divine trust from Allah, Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) called Syed Baba and instructed him on how this gift should be practiced and shared.He explained that this remembrance was not given for worldly gain or personal status, but as a means of strengthening one’s relationship with Allah.
